Fine Antique French 19th Century Bedside Cabinets (Louis XV)
 
This matching pair of mahogany bedside cabinets are beautifully made, showing great craftsmanship from an era seldom seen today.
 
They feature stunning variegated marble tops with rounded backs and serpentine fronts.
 
The main bodies are decorated with geometric panels to three sides and stand on elegantly shaped cabriole legs.
 
The serpentine full-width drawer below is decorated with finely cast bronze ormolu mounts depicting floral motifs. The ormolu continues down the front legs to all the feet.
 
The cabinets have been through our workshops, where they have been checked, cleaned and re-waxed ready to place in the home.
 
In excellent condition with minor age-related marks.
