French 19th Century Oval Side Table Louis XVI Style in Gilt.
 
A lovely example of a French oval side table topped with a stunning white and grey variegated marble top.
 
The outer table top ring and frieze are decorated with garlands and ribbons. Turned tapering legs lead down to a caned lower shelf.
 
The overall finish is in an aged gilt in good condition commensurate with age. This piece has been checked over, cleaned and re-waxed in our workshops.
 
The table has great craftsmanship with attractive proportions and is solidly jointed and robust, ready to be placed in the home.
