A pretty early 19th century travelling toilet mirror set in a H frame of finely turned rosewood.
The arched mirror frame has been inlaid with boxwood and ebony stringing lines with brass swivel adjusters to each side.
This petite mirror was designed to travel as the feet turn flat for packing. There is also a small brass ring on the top arch to hang it on the wall if desired.
Veneered in a beautiful rosewood with good patina. The mirror retains its original mercury mirror plate that shows signs of a little foxing. Overall in excellent condition.
