Large Antique French Overmantel Mirror
 
This good sized overmantel mirror features a six-sided bevelled mirror with the outer mahogany frame following the mirror plate's shape.
 
The frame has a fine inner stringing line in boxwood  and an outer inlay in cross banded boxwood and mahogany. It sits on a small protruding moulded plinth.
 
There is a centrally placed eyelet on the top rear to secure to the wall.
 
Overall in very good condition, retaining its original mirror plate and backboards. There is a small patch of very minor foxing at the bottom of the mirror plate (please see photographs).
