Two early French Tricolore Flagpoles tipped with brass spearheads embossed with the letters RF (République Française).
The poles are hexagonal and painted in light blue, now nicely worn with a steel hanging ring at the end of each pole.
Both of the linen flags are well weather-beaten - proof of their long service after having been displayed outside a Mairie. The linen material has suffered from discolouration and a little insect attack (please see photos).
Both have great character and would look good as a shop display or props.
